用可修排队系统及向量马尔可夫过程理论研究了电铲－卡车工艺系统可靠性的新方法，导出了电铲－卡车系统稳态作业有效度的计算公式．
The repairable queuing system and the vector Markov process theory are used to study the new method of reliability of the shovel-truck process system. The formula for calculating the efficiency of the steady operation of the shovel-truck system is derived.
