开封市土柏岗乡农村居民饮用水大部分采用二三十米深的浅井,部分使用内径200 mm、30~50 m深的混凝土管井。据开封市疾病预防控制中心提供的2009年水质化验结果,该乡饮用的浅层地下水受各种污染影响和地质构造、地层分布影响,属于高氟区。由于长期饮用高氟水,该乡群众氟斑牙、氟骨病发病率较高,已经直接威胁农民群众身体生命健康。文章通过对顺河区农村饮水安全工程建设实践的介绍,分析了做好农村饮水安全工程的措施和建后管理。
Most of the drinking water for rural residents in Tuobaogang Township of Kaifeng Municipality adopts shallow wells of 20-30 meters depth and partly uses concrete tube wells of 200 mm in inner diameter and 30-50 meters in depth. According to the 2009 water quality test results provided by Kaifeng Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention, Shallow groundwater drinking in the township is affected by various kinds of pollution and geological structure and stratigraphic distribution, belonging to the high-fluoride zone. Due to the long-term consumption of high-fluoride water, the township, the population of dental fluorosis, fluoride, a higher incidence of skeletal diseases, has a direct threat to the health of peasants and their lives. Through the introduction of Shunhe District rural drinking water safety project construction practice, the article analyzes the measures and post-construction management of rural drinking water safety project.
