目的 评价角膜内基质环矫正低度近视的短期疗效。方法 对2001年7月～2002年3月在我院治疗的8例(15只眼)低度近视患者,分别在角膜缘植入0.25mm、0.30mm、0.35mm的角膜基质环。手术後行裂隙灯检查角膜,比较手术前後视力、角膜曲率的变化。结果 术中和术后无严重并发症。术後随访3～13(平均6.75±6.22)个月、有12只眼术後视力≥0.8(75％)。手术1周後视力和角膜曲率基本稳定。结论 经短期临床观察,ICRs能够安全有效地治疗低度近视。手术操作简单、时间短
Objective To evaluate the short-term effect of corneal stroma ring in correcting low myopia. Methods Eight patients (15 eyes) with low myopia who were treated in our hospital from July 2001 to March 2002 were treated with 0.25 mm, 0.30 mm and 0.35 mm corneal stroma rings respectively. Slit lamp examination after surgery corneal, visual acuity before and after surgery, corneal curvature changes. Results There were no serious complications during and after operation. The patients were followed up for 3 to 13 months (mean, 6.75 ± 6.22) months. Twelve eyes had a visual acuity ≥0.8 (75%). After 1 week of surgery, the visual acuity and corneal curvature were basically stable. Conclusion Short-term clinical observation, ICRs can safely and effectively treat low myopia. Surgery is simple, time is short
