腺苷脱氨酶(adenosine deaminase,ADA)是参与核苷分解代谢过程中的一个氨基水解酶,不可逆地催化腺苷和脱氧腺苷生成次黄苷和脱氧次黄苷。国外报道伤寒时血清ADA活性增高。为探讨ADA活性改变对伤寒的临床价值,我们对28例明确诊断的伤寒患者进行ADA活性动态观察研究,并与肥达氏反应和血培养进行对照。现将结果报告如下。
Adenosine deaminase (ADA), an aminohydrolase involved in nucleoside catabolism, irreversibly catalyzes the synthesis of inosine and deoxyinosine by adenosine and deoxyadenosine. Foreign reports of typhoid elevated serum ADA activity. To investigate the clinical value of altered ADA activity on typhoid fever, we conducted a dynamic study of ADA activity in 28 well-documented typhoid fever controls and compared them to Widal reaction and blood cultures.
