开始喜欢凡·高的画,是在荷兰去他的美术馆参观后。我在佛罗伦萨、在马德里看过很多名家的真品画作,可是凡·高的真迹,比印刷品要有力得多。也是在阿姆斯特丹的这间美术馆,我从照片中看到了他那著名的简朴的卧室,也第一次知道,他画向日葵的地方是法国南部普罗旺斯的阿尔勒。那地方明亮的阳光给了他灵感和激情。我在记事本上记下“阿尔勒”这个地名,想着我有朝一日要去那里。四年后,我终于来到这个古镇,这个一年有300天阳光普照的地方。 Began to like Van Gogh paintings, is to visit his art museum in the Netherlands. I have seen many famous paintings in Madrid in Florence, but Van Gogh’s authentic works are much more powerful than printed materials. Also in this art gallery in Amsterdam, I saw his famous simple bedroom from the photograph and, for the first time, the place where he painted the sunflower was Arles, Provence, in southern France. The bright sunshine in the place gave him inspiration and passion. I wrote down the name “Arles” in my notebook, thinking that I would go there one day. Four years later, I finally came to this ancient town, this year there are 300 days sunny place.
