生物陶瓷在人体组织、器官替换,修复及功能完善等生物医疗领域具有广泛的应用,但由于陶瓷材料的高硬度和高脆性,使得它的加工相比金属就困难许多,而且直接将其用于人体需要高的表面质量。文章采用正交试验设计方法对生物陶瓷曲面进行磨料水射流抛光实验,通过对实验数据的极差分析和方差分析找到抛光的最佳工艺参数组合,并探讨影响抛光工件表面粗糙度的三个主要工艺参数与生物陶瓷表面质量之间的关系。最后建立了生物陶瓷表面粗糙度的预测模型,并通过实验进行了验证。
Bioceramics have a wide range of applications in the biomedical field of human tissue, organ replacement, repair and functional improvement, but their processing is much more difficult than metal because of their high hardness and high fragility, and they are used directly in The human body needs high surface quality. In this paper, the orthogonal experimental design method was used to test the water jet polishing of the bioceramic surface. The optimum parameters of the polishing process were found through the analysis of the difference of the experimental data and variance analysis. The three main influential factors on the surface roughness of the polished workpiece were discussed. Relationship between process parameters and surface quality of bioceramic. Finally, the prediction model of the surface roughness of bioceramic was established and verified by experiments.
