品学兼差的“双差生”在各个学校都多少不一存在着。如何做好“双差生”的转化工作,已成为教育工作者普遍重视和正在探讨的一个问题。 形成“双差生”的个性心理特征,一是由于家庭管教不当,二是由于社会环境影响。一九七九年我担任过一个“双差班”的班主任。这个班的学生在家的情况大致有如下几种:1.父母对子女十分娇宠;2.家庭经济条件好,自小养尊处优;3.父母年老体弱,疾病缠身,或长年在外地工作,照顾不到子女。生长于
