我们用激光衍射法测定２２４例不同性别、年龄的正常成人的ＲＢＣ变形性，结果与性别无关，随年龄增长，ＲＢＣ变形性逐渐降低，５０岁以后各年龄段有显著变化，并讨论了产生机制。
We measured the RBC deformability of 224 normal adults of different sexes and ages by laser diffractometry. The results showed no relationship with sex. With age, the deformability of RBC gradually decreased, and significant changes were observed in all age groups after 50 years old. The mechanism of production was also discussed .
