一、问题的提出我国大量建筑物的围护结构保温隔热性能及气密性均较差;同时,多年来不注重研究、提高和改进各种建筑构件质量对建筑节能的影响,不注重对住宅采暖方式进行改革,因此对于住宅建筑形式与节能设计的分析研究与改进,事在必行。本文主要探讨北京多层板式砖混住宅利用太阳能和围护结构保温的综合效果。
