目的:分析正畸托槽厚度对患者初戴后口腔舒适度的影响。方法:选取本院2014年1月-2015年5月接受正畸治疗初戴矫治器患者88例,按照正畸托槽厚度分为两组各44例,超薄组患者为超薄正畸托槽,普通组患者为普通正畸托槽,对比两组患者口腔舒适度。结果:超薄组3个月内托槽脱落率2.3%,普通组3个月内托槽脱落率4.5%,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);超薄组视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分较普通组略低,睡眠质量、口腔黏膜不适度较普通组略好,整体舒适率较普通组略高,组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超薄正畸托槽和普通正畸托槽均会影响患者口腔舒适度,但厚度不同,对舒适度的影响无明显差异,因此不同厚度正畸托槽均具有显著应用效果。
Objective: To analyze the effect of orthodontic bracket thickness on the oral comfort of patients after initial wear. Methods: From January 2014 to May 2015, 88 orthodontic patients with orthodontic appliances were enrolled. According to the thickness of orthodontic brackets, 44 patients were divided into two groups. The patients in the ultrathin group were ultra-thin orthodontic instruments Slot, the general group of patients for ordinary orthodontic brackets, oral comfort compared to two groups of patients. Results: In the ultrathin group, the rate of bracket detachment was 2.3% in 3 months and that in the normal group was 4.5% in 3 months. There was no significant difference between groups (P> 0.05) The score of VAS was slightly lower than that of the normal group. The quality of sleep and oral mucosal discomfort were slightly better than those of the common group. The overall comfort rate was slightly higher than that of the common group. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Slight orthodontic brackets and ordinary orthodontic brackets all affect the oral comfort of patients. However, with different thickness, there is no significant difference in comfort. Therefore, orthodontic brackets with different thickness have significant application effects.
