笔者从国际市场锡价迅速上涨出发,论及我国锡产量和出口量下降,进而提出锡工业的主要问题在于选矿回收率太低,而且用物理方法很难提高。根据各种挥发法(烟化法和氯化法)的发展情况,建议进一步改变选矿产品结构而提高选矿回收率,所得低品位含锡物料以挥发法处理,产出烟尘入反射炉还原熔炼。从而达到提高选冶总回收率、多回收金属锡的目的。
Starting from the rapid increase of tin price in the international market, the author discusses the decline of tin production and export volume in China, and then proposes that the major problem of tin industry lies in the fact that the recovery rate of mineral processing is too low, and it is hard to be improved by physical methods. According to the development of various volatilization methods (fuming method and chlorination method), it is suggested to further change the dressing product structure to increase the dressing recovery rate. The resulting low-grade tin-containing material is treated by the volatilization method to produce soot into the reverberatory furnace for reduction smelting. So as to achieve the purpose of increasing the total recovery rate of processing and smelting and recovering more metal tin.
