为我国中小型电炉车间的技术改造探索道路,我所自行建成公称容量5吨的 VOD-VAD 精炼炉。本文简单介绍了该装置的设备情况、结构特点及二年来冶炼了226炉的资料分析,说明该设备性能良好,超低碳炼成率达100%,有极好的净化效果,产品质量显著提高,可以部分代替真空感应炉、电渣炉及自耗炉,铬的收得率平均98%以上,亦减少了其他合金消耗,电炉冶炼时间及电耗均大幅度降低,有很高的经济效益。
As China’s small and medium-sized workshop to explore the technological transformation of the road, I built its own nominal capacity of 5 tons of VOD-VAD refining furnace. This article gives a brief introduction of the equipment, structure and characteristics of the plant and the data analysis of 226 furnaces smelted in the past two years, which shows that the equipment has good performance, ultra-low carbon refining rate of 100%, excellent purification effect and remarkable improvement of product quality , Can partially replace the vacuum induction furnace, electroslag furnace and consumable furnace, the average recovery rate of chromium more than 98%, also reduces the consumption of other alloys, electric furnace smelting time and power consumption are significantly reduced, with high economic benefits .
