通过对钢坯、钢轨存在着的夹杂物的综合检验和化验,了解鞍钢重轨央杂物的来源、形态和分布,并对这些夹杂物进行了鉴定,进一步找出减少U71Mn钢夹杂物的措施。为了延长铁路钢轨的使用寿命,除了严格执行标准,探伤出厂外,还需解决重轨钢中氧化铝夹杂物的危害问题,及硫化物的变形问题,减少浇注钢水中的夹杂物。
Through the comprehensive examination and testing of inclusions existing in billets and rails, the sources, shapes and distributions of the miscellaneous objects in the heavy rail of Ansteel were studied. And the identification of these inclusions was carried out to find out the measures to reduce the inclusions in U71Mn steel. In order to extend the service life of railroad rails, in addition to strictly implementing the standards and inspecting the factory, the hazards of alumina inclusions in heavy rail steel and the deformation of sulfides need to be solved to reduce the inclusions in the molten steel.
