李家峡水电站(见封面照片)位于青海境内尖扎县与化隆县交界处,是一座以发电为主,兼有综合效益的大型水利枢纽工程,是黄河上游原梯级开发规划中的第三级。枢纽建筑物由混凝土拱坝、泄水建筑物、坝后式厂房和左右岸灌溉渠首组成。坝型为双曲三圆心拱坝,底宽45m,坝顶厚度8m,最大坝高165m,坝线弧长414.39m。李家峡水电站的发电机组采用双排机方式排列,这在国内尚属首例。电站总装机容量为2000 MW,保证出力58.1万kW,多年平均发电量59亿kW·h,水库总库容16.5亿m~3。主要工程量为石方明挖336万m~3,主体工程土石方洞挖64万m~3,混凝土268万m~3。李家峡水电站工程静态总投资为32亿元,1987年正式开工兴建,1991年10月13日实现截流,1993年4月28日主坝混凝土开盘浇筑,计划1996年第一台机组发电,1999年全部竣工。
Located at the junction of Jianzha County and Hualong County in Qinghai Province, Lijiaxia Hydropower Station (see the cover photo) is a large-scale hydro project that mainly produces electricity and has comprehensive benefits. It is the third level in the planning of the original Yellow River upstream cascade development. The hub building consists of a concrete arch dam, a drainage structure, a dam-type plant and irrigation canals on the left and right banks. The dam type is a hyperbolic three-circle center arch dam, with a bottom width of 45m, a crest thickness of 8m and a maximum dam height of 165m. The arc length of the dam line is 414.39m. Lijiaxia hydropower station generator set using double row machine arrangement, which is still the first case in China. The total installed capacity of the power plant is 2000 MW, with a guaranteed output of 581 MW, an average annual generating capacity of 5.9 billion kW · h and a total reservoir capacity of 1.65 billion m 3. The main project volume is 3,320,000 m 3 for Shijiazhuang mines, 640,000 m 3 for earthwork holes and 2,680,000 m 3 for concrete. The total investment for the Lijiaxia Hydropower Station was 3.2 billion yuan. It was officially started construction in 1987 and intercepted on October 13, 1991. The concrete of the main dam was opened and poured on April 28, 1993 and the first unit was planned to generate electricity in 1996. All of them were completed in 1999 Completed.
