本文运用振动理论对直线振动开铁口机进行了模态分析及起制动过程分析,在设计阶段,通过系统的动力学特性分析可以修改某些可变参数,使其运动处于最佳状态,从而提高其性能,同时使系统的动载荷减小到最低限度,提高振动开铁口机的强度和使用寿命。对于现有的直线振动开铁口机,进行动力学特性分析,可提出改进设计的有效方案。在此理论分析和现场实测数据的基础上编制了相应的软件,从而为提高此开铁口机的设计水平打下了基础
In this paper, the vibration theory is used to analyze the modal analysis and braking process of the linear vibrating iron turning machine. In the design phase, some of the variable parameters can be modified through the analysis of the dynamic characteristics of the system to make the movement be in the best condition, Thereby enhancing its performance, while reducing the dynamic load of the system to a minimum, improve the strength and service life of vibrating iron tipped machine. For the existing linear vibrating iron turning machine, dynamic characteristics analysis can be made to improve the design of effective programs. Based on this theoretical analysis and field measurement data, corresponding software was compiled, which laid the foundation for improving the design level of this machine.
