目的:评价以同种异体骨髓间充质干细胞(bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,BMMSCs)为基础构建组织工程骨修复种植体周围骨缺损的成骨效果。方法:拔除4只Beagle犬双侧下颌前磨牙,3个月后,在每侧拔牙区各植入2颗种植体,并在每个种植体远中制备骨缺损。2只犬植入同种异体BMMSCs组织工程骨(n=8,实验组),另2只犬植入自体BMMSCs组织工程骨(n=8,对照组)。分别于移植后1、3个月取材,行大体及组织学观察,影像学方法检测种植区骨密度。结果:同种异体BMMSCs组和自体BMMSCs组术后即刻植骨区骨密度值分别为81±9和79±9,(P>0.05),术后1个月为97±9和97±9,(P>0.05),术后3个月为115±12和112±11,(P>0.05)。结论:以同种异体BMMSCs为基础的组织工程骨能在种植体周围较好地成骨。“,”Objective:To study the osteogenesis potential of tissue- engineering bone with allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells for repairing bone defect in dental implant region. Method:Bilateral premolars were extracted in 4 Beagles. 3 months later,2 implants were respectively implanted in each side of the mandible,and a bone defect was created in the distal of each implant. Allogeneic (n=8,the experimental group)and autologous (n=8,the control group)BMMSCs-based tissue-engineering bone were respectively applied into the defects. 1 and 3 months after transplation,gross investiga-tion and histological observation were made. The bone density at the grafting area was measured by topographic technic. Re-sult:Immediately after implantation,the bone density of allo-BMMSCs group and auto-BMMSCs was 81±9 and 79±9 (P>0.05),1 month after implantation 97±9 and 97±9 (P>0.05),3 months after implantation 115±12 and 112±11 (P>0.05). Conclusion:Allogeneic bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell-based tissue- engineered bone has high osteogenic potential around dental implants.
