对41例慢性肾脏病患者不同时期骨髓红系细胞数及骨髓成熟红细胞形态进行观察,结果发现尿毒症组早幼红及晚幼红减少与肾功能正常组有显著差异(P<0.05),而原始江及中幼红与肾功能正常组无差异。氮质血症组红系各阶段与尿毒症组及肾功能正常组无差异。尿毒症组成熟红细胞中异常红细胞总数高于肾功能正常组(P<0.01),氮质血症组高于肾功能正常组(P<0.01),尿毒症组与氮质血症组无差异。
