对比观察表明,31名长年坚持练习“导引养生功”的中老年,其血液Tch水平下降,HDL含量增加,从而起到降血脂和预防冠心病、动脉粥样硬化的作用。
The comparative observation shows that in 31 middle-aged and elderly people who practice “guiding health function” for many years, the blood Tch level is decreased and the HDL content is increased, thereby lowering blood fat and preventing coronary heart disease and atherosclerosis.
