根据国际民航组织亚太地区办事处的安排,民航总局空管局于2003年3月4日至6日在深圳承办了国际民航组织亚太地区办事处第四次中蒙俄和国际航协极地航路特别协调会议(CMRI/4)。以总局空管局苏兰根常务副局长为团长的中国民航代表团出席了此次会议。苏兰根常务副局长在会议开始时代表中国民航向会议致了欢迎辞。参加会议的代表分别来自国际民航组织亚太地区办事处、蒙古、俄罗斯、国际航空运输协会(IATA)和我国,共计25人。会议的主要议题:一是讨论极地航路的衔接问题。会议讨论了极地航路规划方案的准备和实施情况,在极地航路的衔接方面取得了较大的进展。国际航协向会议提出了航空公司对于有关衔接航路的需求和建议;二是讨论极地航路飞行计划管理问题。我国也在会议上通报了我国关于极地航路飞行灵活选择
In accordance with the arrangements of the ICAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific, CAAC Air Traffic Control Bureau hosted the ICAO Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific in Shenzhen from March 4 to March 6, 2003 for the fourth time between China, Mongolia, Russia and IATA polar routes Coordination Meeting (CMRI / 4).
