青年教师精力充沛,富有热情,乐于接受新事物,勇于改革探索,给学校增添了新的活力。但由于他们在课堂教学中尚欠经验,常常会出现这样那样的失误。当然其中有备课不足,钻研教材不深方面的原因,但更多的是心理素质和经验不足方面的原因。 一、想当然,估计不足 在教学中容易用自己的思维、知识经验去代替学生,有时会以为小学生也具有与自己相同的某些生活、知识经验,因而产生对他们掌握基本知识难点估计不足。
