目的:考察生涯控制点量表(Career Locus of Control,CLOC)中文版在大学生中使用的信度和效度。方法:对5所大学736名在校大学生试测CLOC中文版,将被试随机平均分为两组,对一组的测试结果进行探索性因素分析以得出量表的结构,使用另外一组的测试结果进行验证性因素分析以测量量表结构的稳定性。结果:探索性因素分析形成3个因子,可解释总方差的48.30%。验证性因素分析表明3因子模型优于4因子模型。3个因子的拟合指标为χ2/df=2.396、CFI=0.96、NNFI=0.96、RMSEA=0.064。三个因子的Cronbach α系数分别为0.73,0.80,0.84。结论:CLOC中文版具有比较好的内部一致性信度和结构效度,可以用于大学生生涯发展研究。
Objective: To investigate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Career Locus of Control (CLOC) for college students. Methods: The Chinese version of CLOC was tested on 736 college students in five universities. The subjects were randomly divided into two groups randomly. Exploratory factor analysis was performed on the test results of one group to get the structure of the scale. Of the test results for confirmatory factor analysis to measure the stability of the scale structure. Results: Exploratory factor analysis formed three factors that account for 48.30% of the total variance. Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the 3-factor model was superior to the 4-factor model. Fitting indicators for the three factors χ2 / df = 2.396, CFI = 0.96, NNFI = 0.96, RMSEA = 0.064. The Cronbach alpha coefficients for the three factors are 0.73, 0.80 and 0.84, respectively. Conclusion: CLOC Chinese version has good internal consistency reliability and structure validity, which can be used for career development of college students.
