哈尔滨市地处我国最北方,拥有人口527万。到1992年底,全市各级各类医疗卫生机构共938所,床位28537张;500张床以上大医院12所。全市卫生人员53747名,其中,卫生技术人员40039人。 改革开放以来,哈尔滨市卫生事业蓬勃发展,各项工作都取得了很大的成绩。1992年末,全市人均寿命提高到71.27岁(市区),达到发达国家水平;婴儿死亡率为8.99‰;孕产妇的死亡率为2.7‰,均达到历史最高水平。“七五”期间,全市急性传染病总发病率为286.27/10
Harbin is located in the northern part of China and has a population of 5.27 million. By the end of 1992, there were a total of 938 medical institutions of various types at all levels in the city, 28,537 beds, and 12 large hospitals with more than 500 beds. There are 53,747 health workers in the city, including 40039 health technicians. Since the reform and opening up, the health service in Harbin has been booming and all work has achieved great results. At the end of 1992, the city’s average life expectancy increased to 71.27 (urban) and reached the level of developed countries; the infant mortality rate was 8.99‰; the maternal mortality rate was 2.7‰, both reaching the highest level in history. During the “July 5th” period, the overall incidence of acute infectious diseases in the city was 286.27/10
