微量砷的准确检出,对于指示找矿、生化效应,以及环境保护等都有着非常重要的意义。极谱法测砷已有一些研究,当用Te(Ⅳ)盐催化时灵敏度最高,但方法仍须预分离。试验发现,在文献的体系中,当降低Ⅰ-离子浓度(由0.2N降至0.001N),再引入抗坏血酸,观察到比原体系中砷波超前0.15V处出现了新的催化波峰。新体系选择性,稳定性以及铁的允许量都比原体系为好。如是,对一般化探样品中的微量砷可以不予分离赢接测定。
The accurate detection of trace arsenic is very important for indicating prospecting, biochemical effects, and environmental protection. Polarographic methods for the determination of arsenic have been studied. The sensitivity is highest when Te (IV) salts are used, but the method still needs to be preseparated. It was found in the literature that when the concentration of I-ions was reduced (from 0.2 N to 0.001 N) and then ascorbic acid was introduced, a new catalytic peak was observed at 0.15 V ahead of the arsenic wave in the original system. The new system selectivity, stability and iron allowance are better than the original system. In the case of trace arsenic in general geochemical exploration samples, the determination can not be made.
