本文研究金属过热度、铸件截面大小和硅含量,对高锰钢铸态结构的单项和综合性能影响。对大截面铸件,金属过热度对晶粒大小影响最大。而添加钛、铝对其影响很小。含硅量决定了钢内碳化物的型式和数量。在不含硅的钢中,几乎全为针状碳化物。随含硅量升高,针状碳化物减少,多数碳化物为珠光体或呈球状。截面越大,硅的影响越明显。本文还采用断续式定向凝固的工艺,对凝固过程进行详细研究。
In this paper, the effects of superheat degree of metal, cross-section of castings and silicon content on the individual and comprehensive properties of as-cast high manganese steel were studied. For large cross-section castings, the degree of superheat affects the grain size the most. The addition of titanium, aluminum has little effect on it. The amount of silicon determines the type and amount of carbide in the steel. In non-silicon-containing steels, almost all acicular carbides. With the increase of silicon content, acicular carbide decreases, most of the carbide is pearlite or spherical. The larger the cross section, the more obvious the influence of silicon. This paper also uses the discontinuous directional solidification process, a detailed study of the solidification process.
