X光透镜能以较大的收集角收集X光 ,并以准平行光出射 .X光透镜应用于生物蛋白大分子晶体衍射 ,替代单色仪双聚焦镜 ,照射晶体样品的光强提高数倍乃至 1到 2个数量级 ,衍射强度的提高远大于 5倍 ,大大缩短了测试时间 ,分辨能力改善 0 .0 2~ 0 .0 5nm ,衍射数据的收集质量有较为明显的提高
The X-ray lens collects X-rays at a large collection angle and exits in a quasi-parallel light. The X-ray lens is used to diffract biological macromolecules to double the intensity of the monochromator. Even 1 to 2 orders of magnitude, and the increase of diffraction intensity is far more than 5 times, which greatly shortens the test time and improves the resolving power from 0 .02 to 0. 05 nm.
