汽车类产品和相关配件的消费越来越多地出现在普通消费者身边,但丰田召回门此类事件的发生还是让消费者不得不时刻警惕产品质量和服务质量。今年3·15消费者权益日来临之前,中国质量报联合网上车市、汽车联盟、南方网、千龙网、北方网等12家网站进行了一次广泛的消费者调查。这次调查自2010年2月22日开始至2010年3月8日结束,共收回有效问卷29379份。调查旨在了解消费者在汽车服务质量、汽车品牌质量、汽车用品质量方面的看法。
The consumption of automobile products and related accessories is appearing more and more to ordinary consumers. However, the occurrence of such events in Toyota recalls has forced consumers to constantly watch out for product quality and service quality. 3.15 this year before the advent of consumer rights, China Quality Daily reported on the Consolidated Auto Market, Auto Union, Southern Network, Qianlong Network, Northern Network and other 12 Web site conducted a wide range of consumer surveys.
