In recent years, the physical decline of children and adolescents, leading to the development of primary and secondary school students lagged behind the basic movements, aroused widespread concern in the community. A well-developed movement can provide beneficial effects on many aspects of individual cognitive, emotional and social development. Studying the law of action development of basic motor skills can explore different modes of action that different individuals may have under the same basic skills and different environments as well as the main features of the development of limb movements at different ages.
