本文通过分析,找出双目显微镜分光棱镜两出射光轴平行度误差与棱镜角度误差间的关系式。指出胶合时两单直角棱镜间的微量相对扭转只改变分光棱镜第二光学平行度大小,而对第一光学平行度几乎无影响,并由此提出利用这一点,可使棱镜第二光学平行度误差减小到一定大小,以满足两出射光轴在垂直平面上的平行性要求和棱镜像质要求。最后,给出了某双目显微镜分光棱镜的角度公差。
In this paper, the relationship between the error of parallelism of the two exit optical axes of the binocular microscope dichroic prism and the prism angle error is found through analysis. It is pointed out that the relative twisting between the two single right-angle prisms during gluing only changes the second optical parallelism of the dichroic prism, and has little influence on the first optical parallelism. Therefore, it is proposed to use this to make the second optical parallelism of the prism The error is reduced to a certain size to meet the parallelism of the two exit optical axes in the vertical plane and the prism image quality requirements. Finally, the angular tolerance of a binocular microscope dichroic prism is given.
