胡主席指出:“加强领导干部党性修养,树立和弘扬优良作风,是党的执政能力建设和先进性建设的重要内容,是贯彻落实科学发展观的重要保证。”领导干部作风问题说到底是党性问题。
Chairman Hu pointed out: “Enhancing the party’s accomplishments in leading cadres and establishing and carrying forward the fine style of work are the important contents of building the party’s governing capability and building an advanced nature and an important guarantee for implementing the scientific concept of development.” It is a party issue.
