目的从红细胞免疫的角度研究鲨鱼软骨粉的抗肿瘤作用机制,初步探讨鲨鱼软骨粉对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜流动性的影响。方法采用荧光分光光度法测定S_(-180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜流动性的变化;紫外分光光度法测定S_(-180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜酸性磷酸酶(ACP)的含量变化;十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳(SDSPAGE)测定S_(180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜带3蛋白含量的变化。结果鲨鱼软骨粉能够提高S_(180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜流动性、酸性磷酸酶和带3蛋白的含量。结论鲨鱼软骨粉对S_(180)荷瘤小鼠红细胞膜流动性有显著增强作用。
Objective To study the antitumor mechanism of shark cartilage powder from the perspective of erythrocyte immunity and to explore the effect of shark cartilage powder on erythrocyte membrane fluidity in S_ (180) mice. Methods Fluorescence spectrophotometry was used to determine the changes of erythrocyte membrane fluidity in S _ (- 180) mice. The change of erythrocyte membrane acid phosphatase (ACP) in S _ (-180) mice was detected by UV spectrophotometry. Determination of erythrocyte membrane protein 3 in S 180 tumor - bearing mice by sodium dodecyl sulfate - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDSPAGE). Results Shark cartilage powder increased the erythrocyte membrane fluidity, acid phosphatase and band 3 protein content in S_ (180) tumor-bearing mice. Conclusion Shark cartilage powder can significantly enhance the fluidity of erythrocyte membrane in S_ (180) mice.
