目的研究中国南海高领类尖柳珊瑚Muriceides collaris的化学成分。方法利用硅胶柱色谱、Seph-adex LH-20柱色谱、HPLC等手段对化合物进行分离纯化;通过理化性质和波谱分析方法,结合文献对照,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从高领类尖柳珊瑚甲醇提取物中共分离得到了9个单体化合物:胆甾醇(1),鲨肝醇(2),苯甲酸(3),尿嘧啶(4),胸腺嘧啶(5),2’-脱氧尿嘧啶核苷(6),2’-脱氧胸腺嘧啶核苷(7),胸腺嘧啶核苷(8)和2’-脱氧腺嘌呤核苷(9)。结论化合物1~9均为首次从该种柳珊瑚中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of Muriceides collaris in the South China Sea. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and HPLC. The structures of the compounds were identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic methods in combination with literature references. Results Nine monomer compounds were isolated from the methanolic extracts of C. crenulata. They were cholesterol (1), batyl alcohol (2), benzoic acid (3), uracil (4) and thymine ), 2’-deoxyuridine (6), 2’-deoxythymidine (7), thymidine (8) and 2’-deoxyadenosine (9). Conclusion Compounds 1 to 9 were isolated from this species of Salix for the first time.
