目的探讨工作家庭冲突对麻醉医师工作倦怠的影响,并检验工作满意度的中介作用。方法采用网络问卷调查法收集数据。采用描述性统计分析、Pearson相关性分析及多元线性阶层回归分析法检验变量之间的关系及中介效应。结果工作家庭冲突对麻醉医师工作倦怠具有显著的正向影响(β=0.240,P<0.01),对工作满意度具有显著的负向影响(β=-0.282,P<0.01)。工作满意度在二者之间扮演了完全的中介作用。结论工作家庭冲突显著降低麻醉医师的工作满意度,进而导致他们出现工作倦怠症状。因此,工作家庭冲突对麻醉医师的工作及生活会产生不利影响。
Objective To explore the impact of work-family conflict on anesthesiologists’ job burnout and test the intermediary role of job satisfaction. Methods The data was collected by online questionnaire. Descriptive statistical analysis, Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression analysis were used to test the relationship between variables and mediation effects. Results Work-family conflict had a significant positive effect on anesthesiologist’s job burnout (β = 0.240, P <0.01), and had a significant negative impact on job satisfaction (β = -0.282, P <0.01). Job satisfaction plays a complete mediating role between the two. Conclusion Work-family conflicts significantly reduce the job satisfaction of anesthesiologists, leading to their job burnout symptoms. Therefore, work-family conflicts can adversely affect anesthesiologists’ work and life.
