教师进修学校属中等专业学校,既有师范性,又有特殊性.就师范性来说,目前所收学员大都是未经过正规的师范教育,学历未达标的公办、民办小学教师;特殊性是与普通师范相比较而言,来进修学校学习的人年龄都比较大,有家庭拖累,虽有一定的教学经验,但专业知识掌握得不系统,脱节现象较严重.办好教师进修学校,对提高教师政治业务素质、教育教学能力有极重要的作用.那么,如何办好教师进修学校呢?办好教师进修学校,取决于教育行政领导的重视与教师的努力.这里先撇开教师不论,我们认为教育行政部门及其各级领导的重视是办好教师进修学校的关键.具体来说:
The teacher training school is a secondary professional school, which is both teacher-trained and specific.
