柯楠次碱(CR)和哌唑嗪(PZ)使去氧肾上腺素(PE)对家兔离体主、肺、肾动脉条及门静脉条作用的累积量效曲线平行右移,最大反应不压低。CR的pA_2值分别为6.86、6.73、6.23、6.60。PZ的pA_2值分别为8.44、8.82、8.25、8.79。CR还可舒张由K~+诱发的主动脉收缩。结果表明CR和pZ均可阻断兔血管上α_1受体,CR作用较弱;CR可能还有抗钙效应;CR或PZ在四种血管上的pA_2值多有显著差异,提示不同血管中α_1受体结构或特性可能不同。
