孔的无屑挤压加工是一种利用金属球形压刀、滚压工具等将另件已加工的孔进行辗平的一种新加工方法。由于在辗平过程中没有产生切屑,只是另件表面发生了塑性变形,因此一般称之为无屑加工法。当利用光洁度较高的滚压工具(压刀或滚轮)将工件内孔表面挤压时,由于金属产生了塑性变形,因此使另件内表面获得了较高的表面光洁度及优良的机械物理性能。孔的内表面经无屑滚压加工后,由于表面生成了一层新的硬化层,故而也大大提高了孔的耐磨性质及工件的耐疲强度。孔的无屑挤压加工由于只需利用简单的滚、压工具即可将另件内表面由原来的(?)_4~(?)_6提高到(?)_7~(?)_9,因此省去了费时的铰、磨工序,
