1992～1995年我省对初治涂阳肺结核失败病例采用WHO推荐的2H_3R_3Z_3E_3S_3/6H_3R_3E_3方案进行疗效观察,采取全程督导管理治疗措施,共观察117例,治愈率83.3%,疗效令人满意。本结果证实,在严格的全程督导管理措施下,该方案是合理有效的。
From 1992 to 1995, the cases of failure of newly diagnosed smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis in our province were observed using the 2H_3R_3Z_3E_3S_3 / 6H_3R_3E_3 scheme recommended by the WHO and the whole supervision and management measures were taken. A total of 117 cases were observed, with a cure rate of 83.3%. The curative effect was satisfactory. This result confirms that the scheme is reasonable and effective under strict supervision and management measures throughout the entire territory.
