地处福建内陆山区的福建三钢集团公司,远离资源,距离主体市场300公里以上,交易成本较高,交通不便,原料、铁矿、燃料等都要从海外和全国各地购买,没任何优势可言。在“八五”期间,年钢产量一直徘徊于50万吨。从1996年起该集团却出现了跨越式发展。究其原因,主要是三钢近年来能自觉地坚定执行党的改革开放路线,大胆地创造性地展开企业内部各项改革,锲而不舍地追求技术进步和管理创新,一步一个脚印,提出阶段性目标,并根据目标制定措施,定期检查,确保目标的实现。8年来,每年计划目标都提前完成;2002年,三钢集团名列“中国企业500强”第356位。三钢有今天骄人的业绩,得益于三钢集团有一个好的领导班子,一支好的职工队伍。本期我们特刊登三钢集团公司董事长欧阳元和的文章和一组照片,相信他们的成功经验,一定会带给人们许多启迪的。
