Pyroelectric body is a class of spontaneous polarization of the dielectric material, its spontaneous polarization intensity can change with temperature. Detectors based on pyroelectric materials have the advantages of fast response and high sensitivity, and have been widely used in the fields of radiation detection, infrared detection and industrial safety monitoring. Extrinsic ferroelectrics belong to the category of pyroelectric materials. Due to their unique dielectric bistability, they can maintain high detection quality factor in the critical region and thus can be used in the preparation of high-performance detection devices.
