为进一步提高我国营造林水平和科技含量,为我国21世纪林业的发展树立样板、提供经验、探索路子,国家林业局决定1998年开始在现有重点林业工程和基地建设中组织实施五大先导示范项目。即:四川绵阳、德阳长防林工程先导示范项目;山西平顺、黎城太行山绿化工程先导示范项目;江苏苏锡城乡一体化现代林业先导示范项目;河南周口高标准平原绿化工程先导示范项目;浙闽高效竹林培育开发先导示范项目。
In order to further raise the level of afforestation and science and technology in our country, set a model for the development of forestry in the 21st century in our country, provide experience and explore ways, the State Forestry Administration decided to organize the implementation of the five pilot demonstration projects in existing key forestry projects and bases in 1998 .
