“学习型组织”是由美国麻省理工学院根据系统动力学的观点,经过系统分析和实践探索而提出的当代世界新的管理理论。该院教授彼得·圣吉(Peter M.Senge)调查了几千家企业的兴衰成败后撰写,并于1990年8月在美国出版《第五项修炼——学习型组织的艺术与务实》一书,该书对这一理论作了集中表述。创建“学习型组织”有很多种模型,麻省理工学院推荐的五项修炼是被广泛采用的一种重要模型。以下是我对“学习型组织”的几点理解与思考。学习型组织是全体成员全身心地投入并有能力不断学习、创新的组织学习力包括学习的动力、毅力和能力。如果一个组织的成员,没有明确的价值观和奋斗目标,没有危机感,不肯学习,就一定不会有什么辉煌而且很快会被淘汰。现在全世界都已经形成共识:市场竞争、企业之间的竞争说到底是学习力的竞争,而不是过去所说的人才的竞争。因为知识更新的周期
“Learning organization” is a new management theory of the contemporary world proposed by Massachusetts Institute of Technology from the perspective of system dynamics and systematically analyzed and practically explored. Peter M. Senge, a professor at the institute, investigated the success or failure of thousands of companies and wrote it in August 1990 in the United States. The fifth practice, Art and Practicality of Learning Organizations, Book, the book made a concentrated statement of this theory. There are many models for creating a “learning organization,” and the five practices recommended by the Massachusetts Institute of Technology are widely adopted as an important model. The following is my understanding of “learning organization” and thinking. Learning organizations are all members of the devotion and ability to continuously learn, innovative organizational learning including learning motivation, perseverance and ability. If an organization has no clear values and goals, no sense of crisis and no learning, it will not be able to achieve anything brilliant and will soon be eliminated. Now the world has reached a consensus: market competition, competition between enterprises, in the final analysis is the competitiveness of learning, rather than the talent competition in the past.
