在新课改背景下,数学教师应由单纯的知识传递者转变为学生学习数学的组织者、引导者和合作者,引领学生转变学习方式,从而促进学生和谐、全面发展。
Under the background of the new curriculum reform, mathematics teachers should be changed from simple knowledge transferors to students’ organizers, guides and collaborators of mathematics to lead students to change their learning styles so as to promote their harmonious and all-round development.
