以大戟注射液为实验用药，对ＫＹ８２１细胞株及１２例正常人骨干细胞进行了体外药物实验研究。结果表明大戟注射液抗癌有效，对于正常人骨髓粒单细胞集落（ＧＭ—ＣＦＵ）的抑制作用明显低于高三尖杉酯碱的抑制作用。
Take Daxie injection as experimental drug, the KY821 cell line and 12 normal human stem cells were tested in vitro. The results showed that Daqi injection was effective against cancer, and its inhibitory effect on normal human bone marrow single cell colony (GM-CFU) was significantly lower than that of homoharringtonine.
