目的调查台州地区健康人群的糖化血红蛋白(HbA_(1c))生物学参考范围,为糖化血红蛋白与血糖控制相关性提供依据。方法应用HPLC法对949名经检查健康者进行糖化血红蛋白检测,并同时测定空腹血糖、血常规、血生化。采用正态分布的双侧95%可信区间确定参考范围并比较HbA_(1c)在不同年龄和性别之间的关系。结果研究人群HbA_(1c)呈正态分布(Z=3.330,双侧P<0.001)。不同性别间HbA_(1c)分布无统计学差异(t=0.550,df=947,P=0.583);不同年龄分组HbA_(1c)的均值存在显著性差异(F=34.486,P<0.001)。结论台州地区糖化血红蛋白总体参考范围:4.77%~6.15%;HbA_(1c)的水平存在年龄差异,本实验室不同年龄层的参考范围:20~39y(5.32%±0.58%)、40~49y(5.46%±0.66%)、≥50y(5.65%±0.67%),不同实验室需要建立各自的参考值。
Objective To investigate the biological reference range of glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA_ (1c)) in healthy population in Taizhou, and to provide basis for the correlation between glycosylated hemoglobin and glycemic control. Methods HPLC method was used to detect glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c) in 949 healthy volunteers. Fasting blood glucose, blood routine and blood biochemistry were measured at the same time. The normalized 95% confidence interval was used to determine the reference range and to compare HbA_ (1c) with age and gender. Results The study population HbA_ (1c) was normal distribution (Z = 3.330, bilateral P <0.001). There was no significant difference in the distribution of HbA_ (1c) between different genders (t = 0.550, df = 947, P = 0.583). There was a significant difference in the mean of HbA_ (1c) among different age groups (F = 34.486, P <0.001). Conclusion The overall reference range of HbA1c in Taizhou area is 4.77% ~ 6.15%. The difference of HbA_ (1c) level in different age groups is 20 ~ 39y (5.32% ± 0.58%), 40 ~ 49y ( 5.46% ± 0.66%), ≥50y (5.65% ± 0.67%), different laboratories need to establish their own reference value.
