城乡一体化是科学发展观的主要内容,也是全面建设小康社会的重大决策。城乡统筹发展必然引起农村土地流转,而农村土地流转是开启城乡一体化的新路径,为城乡统筹发展带来了新的发展契机。本文分析了在农村土地流转的条件下的村镇体系规划的新思路。
The integration of urban and rural areas is the main content of the scientific concept of development and also a major decision for building an overall well-to-do society. Urban and rural development will inevitably lead to the transfer of rural land, and rural land transfer is to open a new path of urban-rural integration, bringing a new development opportunity for the overall development of urban and rural areas. This article analyzes the new idea of village system planning under the condition of rural land transfer.
