牛肉绦虫的染色体研究,仅见于国外,Jones认为该虫染色体为2n=20,但未作染色体核型分析,国内至今未见报道。本文采用RPMI—1640培养液加秋水仙索体外培养—低渗处理—空气干燥技术,对牛肉绦虫染色体组型进行了分析。材料与方法用槟榔南瓜子法从病人驱出6条牛肉绦虫活体,经生理盐水反复洗净后,选取成熟节片置于含秋水仙素总浓度为每ml10μgRPMI—1640培养液中,在37℃培养箱连续培养4~5h。在解剖镜下分离
