目的:通过对男女性头发毛囊细胞增殖活性的核仁组成区嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)测定,定量分析男女头发、白发与黑发性的活性与核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(Ag-NORs)的关系。方法:分别收集50名男女老少性的头发,提取毛囊细胞,用核仁银染制片,显微镜下分别计数1100个男女老少及白发毛囊细胞核并统计Ag-NOR的数目。结果:年轻男女毛囊细胞活性相差不大,而老人白发与年轻人的头发毛囊细胞活性相差较大。结论:我们的实验说明AgNOR颗粒数目对细胞活性具有较高估测价值。
OBJECTIVE: To quantitatively analyze the relationship between the activity of hair, white hair and black hair of men and women and the content of Ag (Ag) associated with nucleolar organizer regions (Ag-NORs) in male and female hair follicle cells -NORs). Methods: Fifty male and female hair were collected respectively. Hair follicle cells were extracted and stained with nucleolus silver stain. The nuclei of 1100 young, old and white hair follicles were counted by microscope. The number of Ag-NOR was counted. Results: Young men and women hair follicle cells activity is not much difference, while the elderly white hair and young hair follicle cell activity difference between the larger. Conclusion: Our experiments show that the number of AgNOR particles has a high estimated value for cell viability.
