混凝土斜拉桥主梁常采用前支点挂篮现浇施工,施工中容易出现主梁混凝土上下游不同步浇筑,为分析混凝土浇筑上下游不同步对施工控制的影响及处理措施,该文以贵州六冲河特大桥(主跨438m预应力混凝土斜拉桥)为工程背景,建立主桥和挂篮结构空间杆系模型,计算分析施工过程中输送混凝土管道难以及时移动和拆除再拼装导致浇筑混凝土时上下游所浇混凝土方量不同步对主梁标高、索力和挂篮受力的影响,并提出以控制拉索延伸量为目标的自适应无应力控制法,解决浇筑过程中上下游不同步对施工控制的影响。
