以前,我们曾报道过本实验室研制的小型大气压氮分子激光器。这种放电腔、传输线和火花室一体结构的氮分子激光器,放电回路的感抗极小。实践证明,这种激光器放电很稳定,输出的脉冲功率大,整机效率高,并且不容易高压击穿,能够长期稳定地运行。这种氮分子激光器的电源就是一般的半波整流高压电源。图1是电源线路图。
In the past, we have reported on the small-scale atmospheric pressure nitrogen molecular laser developed in our laboratory. This discharge cavity, transmission line and spark chamber integrated structure of the nitrogen molecular laser, the discharge circuit inductance is minimal. Practice has proved that this laser discharge is stable, the output pulse power, high efficiency machine, and not easy to breakdown, to long-term stable operation. The power of this nitrogen molecular laser is a typical half-wave rectifier high-voltage power supply. Figure 1 is the power circuit diagram.
