会阴切开缝合术是产科常用手术.为有效地预防会阴切口疼痛和感染,有利产妇的健康,我们于1996年7～12月,应用肤阴洁湿巾外敷会阴切口,取得满意的效果,报告如下:1对象和方法1.1观察对象 将观察期间在我院分娩的初产妇,产前无感染征象.因各种产科原因行会阴左侧斜切开术者,随机分为两组,一组使用肤阴洁湿巾(××××××制药厂生产),称肤洁阴组;一组为对照组.两组各80例,手术指征均衡.
