Objective To analyze the characteristics of polysomnography in patients with obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). Methods One hundred and seventy-one patients with hypoventilation syndrome were included in this study. Among them, 69 patients with hypertension (hypertension group) and 72 patients with normotension (control group) had polysomnography (PSG) data Comparison. Results The body mass index (BMI) of hypertensive patients was (30.67 ± 3.46) kg / m2 on average, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The apnea -hy-popnea index, AHI) was 54.59 ± 26.48, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The lowest oxygen saturation of hypertension group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The apnea index and the lowest oxygen saturation in patients with sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome are significantly higher than those in patients with normotension, but the degree of sleep-disordered structure is almost the same.
